CNC加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(CNC Machining)數(shu)控(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)是(shi)指(zhi)用數(shu)控(kong)的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)具(ju)(ju)(ju)進(jin)(jin)行的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)。CNC指(zhi)數(shu)控(kong)機(ji)床由數(shu)控(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)語言進(jin)(jin)行編程控(kong)制,通常為G代碼。數(shu)控(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)G代碼語言告(gao)訴(su)數(shu)控(kong)機(ji)床的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)(ju)采用何(he)種笛卡爾位置(zhi)坐標(biao),并控(kong)制刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)(ju)的(de)進(jin)(jin)給速度和主軸轉速,以及工(gong)(gong)具(ju)(ju)(ju)變換(huan)器、冷卻劑(ji)等功能(neng)。
數(shu)(shu)控(kong)加(jia)工相對手動加(jia)工具(ju)有(you)很大的優勢,如數(shu)(shu)控(kong)加(jia)工生產(chan)出的零件非常精確并(bing)具(ju)有(you)可重(zhong)復性;數(shu)(shu)控(kong)加(jia)工可以生產(chan)手動加(jia)工無法(fa)完成的具(ju)有(you)復雜外形(xing)的零件。數(shu)(shu)控(kong)加(jia)工技術現已(yi)普遍推廣(guang),大多(duo)數(shu)(shu)的機加(jia)工車(che)(che)間(jian)都具(ju)有(you)數(shu)(shu)控(kong)加(jia)工能力,典型的機加(jia)工車(che)(che)間(jian)中(zhong)最常見的數(shu)(shu)控(kong)加(jia)工方式(shi)有(you)數(shu)(shu)控(kong)銑、數(shu)(shu)控(kong)車(che)(che)和數(shu)(shu)控(kong)EDM線切割(電火花線切割)。
進(jin)行數(shu)控(kong)(kong)銑的工(gong)具(ju)叫做(zuo)數(shu)控(kong)(kong)銑床(chuang)或數(shu)控(kong)(kong)加工(gong)中心。進(jin)行數(shu)控(kong)(kong)車削(xue)加工(gong)的車床(chuang)叫做(zuo)數(shu)控(kong)(kong)車工(gong)中心。數(shu)控(kong)(kong)加工(gong)G代(dai)(dai)碼可以人(ren)工(gong)編程(cheng),但(dan)通常機(ji)加工(gong)車間用CAM(計算機(ji)輔助(zhu)制(zhi)造)軟件自動讀(du)取CAD(計算機(ji)輔助(zhu)設計)文(wen)件并生成G代(dai)(dai)碼程(cheng)序,對數(shu)控(kong)(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)進(jin)行控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。
